What do I do if my card has been lost or damaged?

If you have a business account, a certain number of cards can be replaced at no cost. Please check your service agreement, or contact your account manager.

If you have purchased a single Covve card, please contact our support team who will be able to cancel your old card and issue a replacement. The card replacement cost is 50% of the original purchase price.
