How to add your digital business card to your Outlook signature

  1. Click File Options Mail > Signatures

  1. Create a New signature or Edit a pre-existing one

  1. Type what you would like your signature to include in the text-box

  1. Highlight what you want hyperlinked to your digital business card (Ecard URL)

  2. Click the Insert Hyperlink icon

  1. Copy / Paste your Ecard URL into the Address text-field (https://ecard.covve.com/yourpersonalizedecardurl)

  2. Click Ok to save your signature!
